Little Bellies
Startup dedicated to caring for women before, during and after pregnancy. They faced several challenges as they were in the midst of growing their business. Special attention was required for the call center appointment scheduling process, as achieving effective follow-up and interaction with clients was urgent.
Through a progressive approach to digital transformation, we have achieved the following with the Little Bellies team:
- Automated the appointment scheduling process for both call center and self-service.
- Automated the processing and sending of ultrasound images to customers.
- Enabled interoperability of Little Bellies’ messaging channels with their platform.
- Integrated medical teams into the results delivery process.
- Automated the image restoration process.
- Designed and developed a new website.
Little Bellies now has over 20 locations in the USA. We continue to work together, supporting their expansion plans while continuously improving their customer experience.

Thanks to this initiative, UCAT was able to carry out its enrollment process during the pandemic. Additionally, it reduced response times and the required personnel.

We support Progressive Label in their digital transformation process, and we are able to:
- Update Flash Trak Web App
- Uploading formats process automation
- Creation of a sales management system
- Standardization of the custom order process (custom products)
This allowed both the organization and the clients to obtain information in real time.
We keep working hand in hand with PL, supporting the Flashtrak application, and always looking for improvement opportunities, such as developing a tool for creating formats. Also in the conception and development of other RFID technology projects.

Actualicese is the leading portal in Colombia in the generation of accounting and tax information, this portal is updated several times a day with various resources that allow to bring new, relevant and easy to understand information. The high user traffic and the need to have available a wide variety of resources motivated an evaluation of strategies for the renovation of its web platform.
We proposed an accompaniment in best practices, specifically:
- Focused on improving the performance of the news portal to support the current user concurrency, including 360° assessment of the platform at the computation and storage management level in AWS.
- Focused on the following components: web servers, database servers, load balancers, networks, among others.

• Offer the best performance for a chatbot solution that can support user concurrency, including components for computing and storage management in AWS.
• Include components related to integration with communication channels such as websites.
• Establish a multi-account AWS architecture scheme for Chatbot development.
With this support, Paradigma successfully implemented a Chatbot to be activated or invoked by the Chatbot used by the operator CLARO Colombia.
